Here’s a few key questions to ask yourself when diagnosing the health of your course business:

Are you clear on whether you want a cashflow or an exit business, and EXACTLY what success looks like re: the path you’ve selected?

💸 Profit

Are you clear on the net profit margin you need in your business to provide you with a CEO salary that exceeds your living, investing and “safety net” needs?

⏱ Time

Do you spend 80% or more of your time in your “genius zone” (your most impactful, joyful and useful work that only you can do?)

👯‍♀️ Delivery

Do you spend five hours a week or less on “front-facing” activities (e.g. calls) to deliver your offer/s?

💁🏻‍♀️ Marketing

Do you have a consistent marketing presence that requires five hours or less of your time per week?

💲 Finances

Do you have a system set up for tracking your sales revenue, cash collected and “revenue as MRR” each month?

📈 Projections

Do you have a process in place for building out revenue projections to forward plan in your business?

Do you have a weekly scoreboard of key metrics to use to get a picture of the health of the marketing, sales, delivery and operations activities in your business?

Do you have a seamless back end “skeleton” for your business, with a command centre, fully fleshed out project management system?

📌 Workflow

Do you have a system and flow in place to manage your time productively, always focused on the most important task in your business?

🧾 Accounting

Do you know how to set up a chart of accounts in your accounting system that serves you and gives you a clear picture of your income and expenses each month?

👩🏻‍💼 Planning

Do you a quarterly planning cadence for mapping sales revenue, campaigns, budgets, promos and key projects that will move you strategically towards your endgame?

👯‍♀️ Lean Team

Do you have a full list of documented daily, weekly and monthly recurring tasks in your business mapped out to efficiently delegate to current or future team?
